Nurse Manager Hybrid role after training – Will go up to 103k Two days in Boston and three remote once hybrid Responsibilities • Supervise the assessment of cases requiring RN evaluations to the staff nurses. • Provide supervision and oversight to the nursing staff • Determine client appropriateness for programs and services • Promote coordination with community agencies. • Participate in the review of clients • Participate in the hiring process and orientation of new nursing staff and performance evaluations. • Participate in agency meetings • Monitor data quality reports • Responsible for meeting budgetary requirements for home care agencies. Qualifications • ASAP and SAMS experience preferred. • Working knowledge in community resources • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Education • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Human Services and at least 3 years of clinical experience or an Associate’s degree in Nursing with at last 2 additional years in community based nursing • Must have a valid RN license and valid driving license.
