Casework Assistant Boston, MA 40,200 with 5k sign on Great opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives! You will be working with clients who have developmental disabilities and mental health/addictions issues. You will drive to their site and help them with everyday tasks, assist with appointments or any other challenges they have throughout their day. You must be a compassionate person who has interest in Human Services and wants to be part of a great team! Hours are 8:30 to 5 Monday to Friday and there is great potential for growth. You have to have skills that are transferrable to this role (customer service, health aide, direct care etc) and a valid driver’s license. A degree is a plus but not a must – Job starts at $40,200 with 5k sign on bonus and great benefits including generous PTO and educational reimbursement.
