Demand & Fulfillment Planning Manager

This well established very profitable Hi mix Low volume manufacturer of Metal Assemblies is in need of a metrics driven forecasting specialist. The Position reports directly to the Supply Chain Director and will own the S&OP process while working closely with Sales. Key Experience • Develop and execute demand and supply plan to achieve company goals. • Manage customer order fulfillment to achieve the desired customer Fill Rate goals. Single point of contact in the supply chain team to assess solutions to help optimize fulfillment. • Inventory planning, freight optimization, and product life cycle planning specifically new product planning and item phase out and obsolescence. • Replenishment expert and Process owner using DDMRP (Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning) • This role will work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, and I.T • Supplier collaboration Process owner. Requirements • The ideal candidate for this position has 7-10 years of experience with forecast tools, MRP implementations, S&OP processes, and inventory management. Sales Force experience a plus. • Relentless drive for efficiency and process improvement • Strong analytical aptitude - Data driven. Metric Driven with Spreadsheet and Database Skills • Extensive knowledge of MRP and forecasting/planning software • Comfortable initiating change / Self Starter • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree Required This company offers an excellent compensation and benefits plan, located in Braintree Ma. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
