Our Lexington client is looking for a contract sourcer for a long term role. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys sourcing and data mining as well as reaching out to candidates and getting them interested in the company and opportunities. You should be familiar sourcing on boards as well as social media and also know how to conduct Boolean searches. If you are Airs Certified that is a plus! You should also be able to work with managers and let them know how their candidate pipeline is for a search. Experience in creating sourcing strategies and also with various applicant tracking systems is key. Rate depends on experience
