COMPENSATION ANALYST

Opportunity to participate in complete revamp of entire comp structure for large Non Profit.
Analyst will review, slot and grade 500+ job descriptions from MS data base.
Must have success in job matching from job descriptions to surveys.
Work closely with Director of Comp and SVP of HR.
3- 6 month assignment with potential to extend.
Candidates must have proven experience, ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask.
Experience in Healthcare and degree required.
Competitive comp- Start date August 18th
