Director of Supply Chain to 190K This 200 Million Dollar Division of a Multinational Fortune 500 company Manufacturer of E/M Scientific Equipment is in need of a Supply Chain professional. Job Duties Include • Provide Data-driven analysis of the Company’s production material requirements and suppliers performance for on time delivery and quality. • Manage an Organization of 12 Reports including Purchasing, Planning, Inventory/Stockroom, Shipping and Receiving. • Implements Strategic purchasing policies for supplier selection, supplier base optimization and material procurement and techniques. • Identify critical strategic suppliers and conduct quarterly business reviews. • Establish high quality competitive cost sources for material services and supplies. • Collect , manage, analyze and report reliable sourcing data in a timely manner. • Manage EOL and Obsolete inventories to minimize financial impact. • Negotiate strategic supplier agreements and purchase order terms and conditions. • Hire ,lead and motivate and develop staff. • Manages material supply to NPI projects ensuring delivery in accordance with project plan. • Drive and support the Lean Sigma strategy for continuous improvement. Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of experience to include a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in a similar Manufacturing environment ERP expertise a must. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or Materials Required a Master’s Degree a plus.
