Great opportunity for a strong sourcing and recruiting specialist who has worked in a high volume setting before. The ideal candidate will be able to work with candidates pre-screening and qualifying them for openings. This person will also work with managers to route qualified resumes to manager and discuss with them strategy on openings. He/She will be a team player with four plus years of recruiting or sourcing and a mix of agency and corporate recruiting is welcome. Great team and flexible work environment. A BA is required along with applicant tracking systems and knowledge and a can do attitude.
