Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

This is a temp to perm role and you must live in Massachusetts since the company may have meetings in the fall to attend on site This is a temp to perm remote opportunity for someone who has excellent customer service skills and is able to multi-task while providing red carpet concierge service to clients. You will field calls from clients regarding questions around services and membership. There is training so you know how to respond but above all else empathy is key! You should be a good listener and be able to assist. Only top notch call center/customer service folks are considered. There is plenty of growth in this opportunity for a hard worker with excellent computer skills and can do attitude! Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
