Member Care Coordinator

- Manage member inquires via email, fax and chat within established turnaround times
- Process member reimbursements in compliance with Medicare and regulatory requirements.
- Document all communication, upload appropriate documents to internal database, and document clear concise notes in our database to ensure accounts are up-to-date.
- Experience within the medical or insurance industry
- 1 to 3 years of call center experience in a medical or insurance setting
- Knowledge of the Worker Compensation Claims process, state fee schedules or Medicare compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
