Integration Manager

Maynard, MA

Great direct hire role for a polished professional who has a background in project management and mergers/acquisitions. Must have strong people skills and be able to manage timelines and report to senior management and report on progress. Will require someone who can work across all levels and give solid updates. Must have good presentation skills and a PMP certification is a plus! This role will oversee the successful integration of all newly acquired dermatological practices. Manages and oversees all aspects of new practice mergers and acquisitions to ensure seamless, timely and within budget operations. Liaising with the Business Development team, this person will be responsible for the development of a comprehensive integration plan and schedule by which to understand the full complexity of the merger / acquisition and align all functional departments with the execution of the practice(s) integration; providing an initial integration plan, periodic, scheduled status updates to CEO, COO, CFO, CDO, HRD. Partnering with all departments including Finance, Billing, Human Resources, Telecommunications / Call Center Operations to ensure a successful integration. THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORK TO BE PERFORMED AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS / EMPLOYEE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK/COMMUTE TO ALL SITES. Competencies / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Complete Administrative Proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Web-based applications, email, HRIS systems) • Advanced mathematic skill • Superior verbal and written fluency in English • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask • Ability to plan both tactically and strategically • Ability to meet deadlines • Superior presentation skills • Use of strategic reporting tools • Comprehensive data analysis; ability to gather, compile, organize and understand complex data • Liaise / communicate with multiple departmental managers to achieve objectives • Review, improve, design, implement necessary process and procedures to accomplish clearly articulated business objectives • Convey integration status to various stakeholders, including executive and senior leadership
