Customer Service Specialist

This is a great temp to perm role for someone who can work with field contractors and help schedule them, resolve issues and work with them on filling out paperwork and timecards to submit for pay. This is a role where its fast paced and you are on the phone working with contractors on various issues. This is ideal for someone who is customer service oriented, can work in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment and enjoys working with all types of people and know how to navigate and/or troubleshoot various issues that arise. A degree is preferred as well as 4 plus years of experience - This is a temp to perm with great benefits and opportunity once perm Job Type: Contract Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 /hour
