Customer Service Representative – Great perm role! Must solid communication and computer skills – Interest or background in healthcare of life sciences a plus!
· Assist with technical issues with clients.
· Field questions from customers/clients regarding services
· Provide support to field sales associate(s) and provide technical assistance, when required.
· Prepare quotes.
· Redirect potential sponsor requests to appropriate field sales associates and/or study directors, wherever applicable.
· Utilize database to look up and store information
· Coordinate with the Manager responsible for scheduling, for test data entry into the computerized schedule.
· Act as a liaison between assigned sales associates, lab technicians, study directors, and sponsors.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an area of the life sciences and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
· Must have good verbal communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
· Solid computer skills are required.
· Ability to analyze problems, conduct project reviews and develop appropriate solutions with others.
· Strong organizational skills and follow-through; ability to work on several projects concurrently, interpersonal and project management skills.
· Superior customer service experience is required, including quick responsiveness to customer requests.
