Manufacturing Finishing Manager

This 100 million dollar, rapidly growing, publicly traded; chemical processing manufacturer is in need of a Finishing Manager due to rapid growth. The responsibilities include the supervision of 90 employees including 4 lead people, 1 Supervisor and 1 Manufacturing Engineer. The Process consists of spraying, coating and laminating products for the petrochemical and aerospace Industries. This is a tremendous opportunity for a Manufacturing Professional with experience in modern manufacturing techniques and sound people management skills. The candidate will lead in all Productivity; Safety and Quality issues should have an extensive background in establishing Company goals, Machine Maintenance, and ensure proper staffing levels in a Chemical processing manufacturing environment. The position requires 7-10 years of related experience a BS in a technical discipline Chemical engineering preferred. Position is located in Providence RI.
