Our client is looking for a professional to provide counseling to individuals served in Lawrence,/Andover area. This is a great perm opportunity! This is a perm opening for a Behavioral Health Clinician to work in a mental health program – Salary 45 to 50k with outstanding benefits! Evaluate and intake clients for outpatient clinic services. Prepare, develop, and implement assessments and treatment plans. Responsible for coordination of care of all clients in caseload. Provide individual and group therapy. Provide therapeutic intervention and support services to clients. Work collaboratively with prescriber and as a member of Utilization Review Team. Ensure record keeping/documentation in accordance with internal and external requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory and payor requirements. Respond to payor inquiries regarding clinical reviews and other matters. Perform other related duties as required. To succeed in this role you will have 3-5 years related experience and a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required along with independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC; LICSW is preferred) in Massachusetts. CANS certification preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.
