PACT Registered Nurse

Great opportunity for a dynamic nurse to join our client’s team! Will pay up to 60k with great hours and benefits! We are looking for a to nurse provide outreach services to clients living with psychiatric conditions in Lawrence. The PACT Nurse has an individual case load of approximately 5-7 individuals and oversees the psychiatric and medical nursing care/coordination of approximately 20-25 individuals. The PACT RN is a member of a multi-disciplinary team including a team, Psychiatrist. The PACT RN will assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program clients.
