Salary: to $15.00/hr Our client, a materials technology company seeks and experienced Customer Service Representative to cover a long-term, temporary position (approximately 6 months). Responsibilities: • Communicated with customers via telephone, in-person and/or e-mail, to provide product information, take orders, gather customer information, or to obtain information on returns/complaints • Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers • Accurately enter order information, update customer accounts and product information • Explain services, to promote sales • Maintain database and issue quotations • Maintain weekly open order stats • Provide assistance to marketing , including coordination of trade show events • Ensure that customer grievances are resolved in a timely manner Requirements: • Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience (technical or medical industry preferred) • Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills • Strong computer/administrative skills (including Word, Excel PowerPoint)
