Client company in the Waltham area seeks a Help Desk Support Technician to provide first and second tier support for local and remote employees.
Installation and configuration of desktop software and new user IT orientation
Maintains printers, scanners and other peripheral hardware.
1 – 3 years experience with Windows and Mac OSX
This is a temp to perm position. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
