Our client near North Reading is looking for an Account Services Medicare Specialist with very strong customer service background. This is a great temp to perm opportunity and they would like someone to start quickly. This is a role where you will multi-task and must be proficient working with customers as well as with computers. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following: Follow up of consent forms for SSDI/Medicare benefit checks and CMS submissions, data entry, updating statuses on each file, scanning and indexing Rate for this role starts at 16 per hour and again will go perm for the right person.
