EAP Account Manager

Framingham, MA

Training responsibilities involve providing a broad mix of personal/professional development seminars to a diverse population. The Account Management role includes maintaining strong client relations and insuring that EAP services are well utilized. Counseling responsibilities include providing assessment, short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and management consultation. Qualified candidates will be licensed master’s level clinicians with a minimum of 3 years post-masters experience and will possess: •Excellent Training design and delivery skills, account management abilities and strong clinical skills. •Strong ability to create effective relationships with diverse population. •Business savvy, good judgment, excellent organizational skills and strong problem solving skills. •The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with quick responsiveness to accounts’ needs. Salary range 60 to 70k
